(Actual Salary £22,458.39 to £23,937.58 Per Annum)

37 Hours Per Week

Permanent – Term Time Only, Plus 2 Additional Days

Prince Henry’s Grammar School is seeking a highly organised and committed individual to join our front office team as an Attendance Administrator.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all student registers are completed accurately and promptly, with any gaps or anomalies identified and followed up swiftly. The post holder will also be responsible for processing absence request forms and maintaining clear, up-to-date records.

The successful candidate will have:

• English & Mathematics GCSE Grade A*-C or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• An understanding of school attendance processes (desirable).
