Occupational Therapist – Acute A&E / Emergency Floor
Are you a skilled Occupational Therapist looking to make a real impact in acute care? Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support patients in A&E and the Emergency floor.
Location: Sussex
Hours: Full-time
Rate: £24.00 – £26.00 per hour (Umbrella Equivalent)
ï¸ Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
You’ll provide specialist OT assessments and interventions to patients in a fast-paced acute environment. Your responsibilities will include:
•
Assessing patients’ ADLs, mobility, manual handling, and risk
•
Conducting equipment assessments where needed
•
Planning discharges and identifying ongoing care needs
•
Reporting to the Therapy Department, First Floor, North Wing
•
Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care

You’ll Need
•
Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
•
HCPC registration and Licence to Practice
