Drive transformation. Deliver impact. Shape the future.

We're looking for a proactive and strategic Project Manager to join our transformation team and help deliver high-profile programmes that support Mitie's long-term goals. From margin enhancement and acquisition integration to technology and process improvements, this role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that make a real difference across the organisation.

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively, aligned to business objectives, and contribute to continuous improvement. You'll also support the Group Transformation Director in developing and championing best practices in project and change management across Mitie.

Key responsibilities include:

-Leading strategic projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.

-Facilitating workshops, governance forums, and steering groups to drive alignment and decision-making.

-Supporting the wider business in adopting Mitie's project management principles and Microsoft tools, including AI-enabled solutions.

-Collaborating with the finance transformation team to ensure accurate tracking of benefits and costs.

-Contributing to central reporting and supporting MGX and Board-level updates.

What you'll bring:

You'll be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels. You'll have a curious and questioning mindset, a high level of professionalism, and strong attention to detail. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.

We're looking for:

-Experience managing complex transformation programmes, ideally in corporate or consulting settings.

-Technical proficiency across the full Microsoft suite, including the ability to produce high-quality, MGX-level PowerPoint presentations.

-Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) and reporting tools.

-Understanding of acquisition integration, margin improvement, and process optimisation is a plus.

Why Mitie?

At Mitie, we're committed to creating an inclusive and empowering workplace. You'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With a hybrid working model and a central London location, you'll enjoy flexibility while being at the heart of strategic decision-making.
