Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. Duties

Provide support to children in various settings, including home and community environments.

Drive to various locations as required for outings or appointments, ensuring the safety of all passengers.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to care and support.
Qualifications

Previous experience working with children is essential.
Knowledge of childcare practices and principles is advantageous.
Familiarity with creating and following care plans is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills are required to effectively engage with children and their families.
