Crynodeb
The All Age Disability Team provide intervention and support to Children and Adults of any age who may have a diagnosed Learning Disability, Severe Physical Disability and Multiple Disabilities with complex needs.
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Social Workers to join an innovative and supportive team. The team works with Children and Adults; the current vacancy is within the children's element of the team.
The successful candidates will need to a registered social worker and contribute to the team's multi-agency approach to providing a seamless health, social care and well-being service for individuals with disabilities of all ages, their families and carers.
