Crynodeb
The postholder will be working as part of the North East and Yorkshire School of Pharmacy. They will also work alongside other regional teams across England and with other relevant stakeholders across the system. The main responsibilities of the role will include: - Programme leadership: Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of post-registration pharmacist education and training, ensuring alignment with national policy and local workforce needs. - Quality assurance: Oversee the quality and consistency of training and supervision. - Stakeholder engagement: Build strong relationships with education providers, employers, and national networks to support collaborative working and share best practice. - Educational supervision: Support and develop educational supervisors across sectors, facilitating networks and promoting multi-sector learning. - Strategic development: Contribute to the Schools strategic planning, policy development, and service improvement initiatives.
