Our client, a highly respected nursery in Woking, Surrey, is seeking a Full-time Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This position offers a competitive salary of £15.00 per hour and a supportive working environment that encourages professional growth and development.

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of the children in your care. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced practitioners to plan and deliver engaging activities and learning experiences that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
- Observing, assessing, and documenting each child's progress and development
- Maintaining open and effective communication with parents and carers
- Ensuring the nursery's policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the nursery's practices
