JOB DESCRIPTION
Shift timing: Start at 5am - 11am (2 Hours flexi when needed)
Salary: £12.80 - £13.00 per hour
Van and Fuel card Provided.
Covering our sites round the Basingstoke/Andover and Woking area
Part-time hours: Minimum 30 hours per week. Paid overtime for extra hours.
1 in 6 Weekends (Morning shift on call)

As an mobile cleaner, you will:
* Cover cleaning when required
* Supervising staff across multiple sites
* Delivery of stock when required
* Reacting quickly and efficiently to site issues
* Support with stock requirement
* Deliver training to the frontline when appropriate
Person Specification:
* Ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment, problem solving at all levels
* Ability to support, motivate and lead a team to develop and achieve through regular coaching and one-to-ones
* Excellent communication skills, at all levels and both internally and externally
* Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
* Strong team working ethic and flexibility
* Excellent attention
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience required in similar role.
* Knowledge of Health and Safety awareness/training
* Driving licence is required
