Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with leadership experience.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
Results-oriented with a proactive and innovative mindset.
