Position: Inside Sales Executive/Virtual Sales Executive
Industry: Renewable Energy/Residential Solar Panels
Location: Portsmouth – Onsite
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
Package: Base Salary £25,000 - £30,000, OTE £70,000 - £100,000 per annum

Prosper Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading provider of residential solar panel solutions, dedicated to helping homeowners reduce their energy costs and carbon footprints. They pride themselves on offering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to rapid expansion plans and recent successes they are now looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive for their Southern Region.

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Executive/Virtual Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads generated through various channels to book online appointments for product presentations. This position requires a motivated individual with a background in telesales and an understanding of technical sales processes, preferably within the solar industry. Your main objective will be to qualify leads accurately and facilitate two-stage sales meetings to convert prospects into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to warm leads to book your online appointments to effectively communicate the value of residential solar panels
Schedule online appointments for sales presentations, managing your calendar efficiently to maximise conversion opportunities.
Conduct thorough fact-finding during initial meetings to gather qualified information regarding client needs and preferences.
Present tailored product solutions during second stage online meetings, providing detailed figures, the convert to a sale and discuss next steps to clients.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in online sales and a strong telesales background, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Good technical awareness and understanding of the solar industry (experience in other sectors is considered).
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales successfully online.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Compensation Structure:
Base Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa (depending on experience)
Commission per Sale: £450
Minimum Standard Earnings: £73,200 (minimum 2 sales per week)
On-target Earnings: £94,800 (average 3 sales per week)
High Achiever Earnings: £138,000 (5+ sales per week)

Targets:
Minimum Standard
Weekly: 12 online appointments achieving 2 sales
Monthly: 48 online appointments achieving 8 sales
Commission: £450 per sale, £900 per week, £3,600 per month, £43,200 per year

Target
Weekly: 15 sat appointments per week achieving 3 sales
Monthly: 40 online appointments per week achieving 12 sales
Commission: £450 per sale, £1,350 per week, £5,400 per month, £64,800 per year

High Achiever
Weekly: 20+ online appointments per week achieving 5+ sales
Monthly: 80+ online appointments per week achieving 20+ sales
Commission: £450 per sale, £2,250 per week, £9,000 per month, £108,000 per year
