The PST appointed will be expected to use their knowledge and skills of additional support needs to provide a rich learning environment for young people within the ISP.

It would be beneficial to have significant experience of teaching, with some of this provided within a support role.

You should have a depth of knowledge and understanding of additional support needs, barriers to learning and interventions to overcome these.

A flexible, solution focused approach is required to work within a busy and rewarding educational environment.

It would be benificial if you can evidence experience of delivering wider achievement opportunities for young people.
