What skills and experience we're looking for
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Grade E, £25,185 per annum pro rata
Actual Salary: approx. £9,100 per annum
Hours: 16 hours per week, term-time only
To start: As soon as possible
We are seeking candidates who have good organisational skills and a high attention to detail for this new role supporting our Governance Professional. You will have a key communication role in the liaison between Trustees, Members and Local Governors, including the preparation and distribution of documents for formal meetings, attending meetings to take accurate minutes, and maintaining membership, attendance and training records.
Due to the meeting schedule, we are seeking candidates who can be flexible and are able to work during the daytime and evenings to facilitate these.
You will need to have good administration, communication and IT skills, and an accurate approach to your work.
