The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of the classroom, helping to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks, including preparing classroom materials and displays.

Supporting individual pupils or small groups with their learning, both academically and emotionally.

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, engaging space for all students.

Providing one-on-one support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
