A leading global manufacturer is seeking a skilled Paint Shop Operator to join their dynamic operations team in Dungannon. This organisation is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across its product range.
Your new role
As a Paint Shop Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring the timely and high-quality finishing of mobile screening equipment. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the paint shop and support wider manufacturing goals. You will be loading and unloading the production line, spray painting and steel shot blasting. Operating within a high-volume production paint line and meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards. Safe handling and movement of production parts.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience in steel shot blasting or previous work in a high-volume production paint environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
