What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) – essential.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
• A caring, proactive attitude and genuine passion for early years education.
