Nursery Practitioner | Level 3 Early Years | Up to £30,300 | Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

If you love creating magical learning experiences and watching children grow in confidence and curiosity, this Nursery Practitioner role could be your perfect next step.

You’ll be joining a beautiful nursery with a Good Ofsted rating, where play, creativity, and outdoor learning are at the heart of everything they do. From exploring the forest school and sensory room to enjoying time in the large private garden, children are encouraged to learn through adventure — and you’ll be there to inspire every moment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator who thrives in a supportive, caring environment that values both children and staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.
  • A confident communicator with excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
  • Someone who’s caring, creative, and dedicated to giving children the best start in life.
