Crynodeb
Support the Head of Therapy to collect evidence of SaLT impact on young person outcomes including assessment data, case studies and feedback from staff, parents/carers. Responsibility for line management and supervision of less experienced therapists and assistants, as deemed appropriate by the Head of Therapy. Adhere to regular use of progress cycle and that progress of young people is communicated to all interested stakeholders (young people, parents/carers, staff, placing authorities). Liaise with external (NHS and/or independent therapists) to share information and ensure consistent therapy plan across organisations Use of Prior Insight this is me plans to devise, write and monitor intervention programmes for implementation by others (e.g. SaLT assistants, teachers, autism practitioners).
