Manage the development of qualification units and assessments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Experience in qualifications and assessment development.
Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks (desirable).
Experience with assessment technology or working in a professional body (desirable).
If you’re passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and want to help shape the future of professional education, we’d love to hear from you.

Hybrid working (1-2 days per week in our London office) and opportunities for further flexible working.
25 days’ annual leave, increasing one day per year up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.
Great pension scheme, life assurance and critical illness cover.
Health cash plan.
Enhanced maternity and shared parental leave contributions of up to 6 months’ full pay depending on the length of service.
Regular wellbeing initiatives.
Cycle2Work scheme and much more.
