We are recruiting an experienced ASD Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 2 in a mainstream primary school in Haringey. You will work with children in Years 3 to 6 who present behavioural needs and emotional dysregulation. Your day will blend one-to-one and small-group support, consistent routines and clear visuals such as Now and Next boards, social stories and the Zones of Regulation. You will implement de-escalation strategies, follow personalised behaviour plans and contribute to target tracking and reviews with the class teacher and the SENCo.
