About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Joiner to carry out high-quality repairs, planned works, and maintenance across our properties in Merseyside.
What you’ll do:
Complete responsive and planned maintenance tasks
Following health and safety regulations
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
Record work accurately using mobile technology
Provide excellent customer service and represent Plus Dane professionally
What You’ll Bring
NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or equivalent qualification
Experience in responsive and void maintenance
Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and IT skills
This role requires travel between properties using a company vehicle, so a valid driving licence is essential.
What you’ll get in return:
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. You will be working across various locations in Cheshire.
You’ll be generously rewarded with a competitive salary and a great benefits package, including 35 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays. This includes a 3-day Christmas closedown between Christmas and New Year and you have the option to buy up to 5 extra days annually.
