- Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
- Contribute to and implement care plans tailored to individual needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment in the care home and during home care visits.
- Drive to various locations as required to provide care services.
