Lead the development and delivery of the acute oncology service, ensuring best practices are followed. Offer guidance and education to nursing and medical teams on acute oncology conditions and treatments. Participate in audits and research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. Provide leadership in acute oncology management, supporting patients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team.
