This isnt fluency, just Speaking & Listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. Level 3 means basic conversations with patients about their everyday health. For more information, see Welsh Language Guidance in the documents right at the bottom. Contribute to and support effective communication across the Care Group. Develop and maintain effective systems of communication within the University Health Board , ensuring information and data reporting requirements are updated and available as requested. Represent the Directorate at key meetings and forums within and outside of the University Health Board, and will feedback to the Directorate Management Team relevant information that is at times complex and sensitive. Provide effective leadership to develop and build strong networks and relationships. Be responsible for ensuring team members are briefed on changes within the service and providing feedback on clinical governance and performance issues to inform practice and service development. Work with Clinical Leads to identify and assist in the development of forward thinking health and social care administrative procedures to support care pathways. Manage complex and sensitive information effectively demonstrating excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Provide clear communication through chairing regular Team Leader meetings in order to support effective communication.
