Job Description:
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at our Guisborough site. The role involves supervising a team of cleaners, maintaining high cleaning standards, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support cleaning staff in their daily duties.

  • Carry out site inspections and quality checks.

  • Organise rotas, cover absences, and manage cleaning supplies.

  • Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

  • Liaise with management and clients regarding site requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning supervision.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Good attention to detail and a hands-on approach.

  • Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
