They’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to join their growing service desk team. You’ll be passionate about technology, customer-focused, and eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.
Are you the right person for the job?
• 1st Line IT Support or similar experience (MSP experience a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (O365, Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, Outlook)
• Understanding of basic networking principles
• A proactive and positive attitude toward learning and teamwork
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft) – desirable but not essential
What will your role look like?
As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll provide first-class technical support and ensure their IT systems run smoothly.
You will:
• Log, manage, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when needed
• Set up and configure new devices, user accounts, and applications
• Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and updates
• Communicate clearly with clients, keeping them informed every step of the way
• Follow ITIL best practices and contribute to continuous improvement
