With at least two years of post-qualification experience in a nursing home, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive team that values professionalism, collaboration, and the wellbeing of both residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Minimum two years post-qualification experience in a nursing home setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in older adult care.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, approachable, and committed to delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing during night hours.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory and CQC standards.
- Monitor residents’ health, identify changes, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Support and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and homely environment throughout the night.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and families to ensure continuity of care.
