We are hiring
We are a family run takeaway burgervan based in saltash open Weekdays from 7 am - 2 pm We are looking for a confident chef/cook who knows their way around a busy grill cooking multiple orders at once. The shifts will approximately 13 hours per week worked on a monthly rota so must be available Mon-sat. There will also be the opportunity to pick up extra hours covering for holidays and possible sickness so must be able to do above 16 hours if required
Previous experience is a must!
A good knowledge of HACCP and the ability to maintain good food hygiene standards at all times is also required.
Level 2 in Food Safety and Hygiene would be an advantage but full training can be given.
We are a small and friendly team with a lovely down to earth customer base who enjoy a good level of banter, something to consider if you are easily offended. However, a good benefit is that this position can generally be worked around school hours.
It will require some days a 6.30 start but always finished at 2.15
