Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and SIA-licensed trainer to deliver Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved courses, including but not limited to:
Door Supervisor
Security Guarding
CCTV
First Aid (if applicable)
The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable, and able to engage learners of all levels while ensuring all training meets SIA standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver SIA-approved training courses in accordance with SIA standards.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions.
Assess candidates’ understanding and competency through exams and practical assessments.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and assessments.
Stay up-to-date with changes in SIA regulations and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to learners throughout the course.
Requirements:
Current SIA licence and approved trainer status.
Proven experience in security roles (door supervision, guarding, or similar).
Experience delivering training or instruction to adults.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Professional, reliable, and punctual.
Knowledge of relevant health & safety standards.
