The Role:
Bespoke Career Solutions Ltd are working with a well-established manufacturer in the Walsall area who are looking for an experienced AXYZ Router Machine Programmer to join their team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating AXYZ CNC router machines to produce a variety of precision components to customer specifications. You’ll work closely with the production and design teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming and operating AXYZ router machines using appropriate software.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD files.

Selecting and setting up tooling and materials.

Performing quality checks on finished products.

Maintaining machinery and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience programming AXYZ router machines (or similar CNC routers).

Strong understanding of CNC programming principles and CAD/CAM software.

Ability to work from engineering drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Reliable and able to work independently on day shifts.
