Crynodeb
We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager to lead and inspire our team of Chefs. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance creativity, teamwork, and operational excellence to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests.
Other businesses may call this role Head Chef.
The role reports directly to the Hotel Manager.
What you’ll do
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to deliver service excellence every day.
- Review guest feedback and create outstanding dining experiences that delight our guests.
- Manage kitchen budgets, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
- Partner with hotel leaders to drive smooth operations and the highest standards of guest service.

- Proven experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and maintain consistency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team.
- A passion for food and a drive to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
