As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
- Deliver pre-set work to students and ensure they remain on task
- Manage student behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
- Support the wider school community as needed
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident managing classroom behaviour
- Be adaptable, proactive, and able to use their initiative
- Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
- Previous experience working in a school or with young people is desirable but not essential
- Minimum 6 months working experience within the UK.

- Individuals with experience in youth work, coaching or mentoring
