What skills and experience we're looking for
John Smeaton Academy is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Lead Practitioner of English. This role is of great importance to our work as an academy with the successful candidate being responsible for implementing and leading strategic developments within the English Department.
Potential applicants should have:
• Qualified Teacher Status.
• Successful record of teaching English including excellent exam results.
Will be:
• A very good classroom practitioner with the propensity to become Outstanding.
