What skills and experience we're looking for
Have experience working as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant or similar.
Have experience of working with pupils with a range of special needs/disabilities.
Have a good standard of English and Maths and knowledge of the primary curriculum.
Be hard working and adaptable to change
Be highly motivated and passionate about learning and developing their own continuing professional development.
Enjoy being challenged.
Be an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, governors, outside agencies and the community.
