We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, skilled, and forward-thinking School Business Manager to join our dedicated Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
This is a crucial role within our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of all non-teaching operations, ensuring our resources are expertly managed to provide the best possible outcomes for our students.
As a key member of the SLT, you will be responsible for:
• Financial Management
• Human Resources
• Facilities & Premises Management
• Health & Safety
• Administration
• IT & GDPR
This role would be suitable for someone with excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and proven experience in financial management, budget preparation, and strategic planning, ideally within an educational setting. You will have strong leadership and people management skills, the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and an unwavering commitment to our school's values with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
