We are seeking a reliable and confident ‌Estates Coordinator‌‌‌‌ to join our team at Norris Bank Primary School. The Estates Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and maintenance of the school’s buildings and grounds. This role supports the delivery of a high-quality learning environment by overseeing site services, coordinating maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can be then we would love to hear from you. This is a full-time position contracted at 37 hours per week. The role operates on a split shift basis, with working hours from 6:30am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. An early finish on one day per week can be arranged by mutual agreement.Job Purpose To clean the school and to undertake the daily cleaning of the premises internally in their entirety to ensure that the schools’ premises are always clean and tidy and free from litter in order to provide an excellent environment.To play a significant role in the general management of the site in conjunction with the School Operations CoordinatorKey Skills & ExperienceSound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent To have a sound knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment and their uses.
