As they continue to grow, they're looking for an ambitious and proactive Internal Account Manager to join their dynamic accounts team.

Your new role

This is a fast-paced, hybrid role (1 day working from home) that blends reactive sales support with proactive account development. You'll be the key contact for depot-level stakeholders and order placers, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving account growth. Working closely with Regional and National Account Managers, you'll handle inbound enquiries, prepare quotations, and provide expert product advice. On the proactive side, you'll identify opportunities to expand product penetration, promote new solutions, and align activity with strategic account goals.Your success will be measured by your responsiveness, accuracy, and ability to build strong relationships. You'll be empowered to make a real impact in a competitive market.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • At least 1 year's experience in internal sales, sales support, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to advise, influence, and build rapport.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in customer success.
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deliver fast turnaround times under pressure.

Desirable qualities include a personable and professional attitude, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative approach to working across departments.
