About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards and that any issues are identified and resolved quickly. You’ll work closely with production teams to monitor quality, carry out testing, and support improvements across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure products meet quality standards
• Conduct product testing with accuracy and consistency
• Identify and report faults or errors in production
• Work with teams to investigate issues and recommend improvements
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain clear records and prepare reports on quality checks
• Support internal audits to maintain ISO9001 certification
• Review returned products to identify trends and recurring issues

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Thursday: 5:00 PM to 4:00 AM

What We're looking for

Essential

• GCSEs in Maths and English

• Experience in quality assurance within manufacturing

• Confident using quality tools and ISO 9001 standards

• Able to analyse and report using Excel

• Works well in a team and communicates clearly

• Takes initiative and works independently

Desirable

• QA-related qualifications or apprenticeship

• Understanding of lean manufacturing

• Shows leadership potential
