Role: Band 5 Registered Nurse Contract: Bank Hours Location: University Hospitals Plymouth (on-site) Hourly rate: £15.88 per hour, plus enhancements As a Bank Band 5 Registered Nurse with Marie Curie at University Hospitals Plymouth, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to patients approaching the end of life and their loved ones within the hospital setting. You'll deliver hands-on nursing care, conduct holistic assessments, and develop tailored care plans to meet individual needs. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll support timely transfers to preferred places of care, ensure high standards of documentation and communication, and maintain dignity and respect for patients at all times. Your role will also involve advance care planning, effective symptom management, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
