Crynodeb
Work with service leads to ensure Referral to Treatment (RTT) and DMO1 performance targets are met, and patients are booked in order of chronology or clinical necessity and in accordance with the Trusts Elective Access, Booking and Choice of Day policy and departmental Standard Operating Procedures. Check all patient demographics at clinic attendance, updating changes on the Audiology patient administration system (AuditBase) and administering overseas patient payment forms. Perform Audiology reception duties, including telephone calls & answerphone messages, booking patients on arrival, logging hospital transport, booking ENT patients for audios. Ensure all patients attending clinic have a completed outcome entered on AuditBase and Medway as required. Please see the attached Job Description for full information
