As a GP practice manager you are responsible for the overall smooth operation of a GP surgery, managing its business, financial, and human resources. Key duties include supervising staff, managing finances and budgets, overseeing appointment systems and patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and liaising with external health organizations to improve services and patient care. You are also responsible for maintaining the practice's infrastructure and ensuring the practice meets its operational and financial goals.
