Teaching Assistant
Location: Nottingham (NG5)

We're looking for a Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated 'Good' mainstream secondary school in NG5. This role involves supporting students with special educational needs (SEN), helping them stay engaged in learning, build confidence and make progress in a supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support in the classroom
- Encourage positive behaviour, focus and participation in lessons
- Work closely with teachers and wider support teams
- Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting young people (school or similar setting)
- A calm, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
