Summary

Teaching Assistant
Location: NG3 - Nearby to Mapperley, Gedling, and Carlton
Day Rate: £105 - 115
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: October 2025 - Immediate for the right candidate
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm

Make a real difference in a school as a Teaching Assistant supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2. This is a great opportunity for someone with the passion and commitment to help children succeed both academically and socially.

Your Role Will Include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support in core subjects
- Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and behaviour management
- Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and interventions

We're Looking For:
- Experience as a teaching assistant or learning support assistant in a primary school, particularly across KS1 or KS2.
- A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
- Confidence in phonics, literacy, and numeracy support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine commitment to inclusive education
