Location: NG4 - Nearby to Gedling, Colwick, and Mapperley
Day Rate: £105 - 115
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: Immediate start - October 2025 at the latest
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Long Term Futures are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 1 pupil with significant SEN needs. This role is ideal for a teaching assistant who is committed to inclusive education and making a difference every day.
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing tailored 1:1 support for a non-verbal pupil in Year 1
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting learning activities and interventions
- Encouraging independence and confidence
- Working with teachers and the SEN team to adapt strategies
We're Looking For:
- Experience as a teaching assistant, learning support assistant, or teacher assistant
- Minimum Level 1 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A passion for pupil wellbeing and inclusive education
