Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

We are working with a mainstream secondary school in the Nottingham (NG11) area that is looking for a committed Behaviour Teaching Assistant. The school is dedicated to creating a positive, structured and inclusive environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to achieve their best.
As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted interventions, positive role modelling and tailored support to help them manage behaviour, build confidence and stay engaged in learning.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural, emotional or social difficulties

Helping pupils develop self-regulation, resilience and problem-solving skills

Building positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and motivation
