Our client, a highly regarded educational institution in Exeter, Devon, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-time Teaching Assistant to join their Special Educational Needs (SEN) department. As a Teaching Assistant within the SEN department, you will work closely with the lead teacher to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualised support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the necessary assistance to thrive academically and socially. You will collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalised learning plans, adapting materials and resources to cater to each student's unique requirements.
