Are you a compassionate and adaptable educator who thrives on helping young people reach their potential outside of the traditional classroom?

We're seeking dedicated Outreach Tutors and Teachers to deliver personalised one-to-one and small group sessions across Essex. This is a deeply rewarding role supporting learners who may be unable to attend mainstream education due to anxiety, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, SEND, or other challenges - through our partner Alternative Education Service.
(Please note: this role is through our partner service, not directly with the agency.)

Whether you're teaching in a pupil's home, a library, or an alternative education setting, you'll help students rebuild confidence, reconnect with learning, and achieve meaningful academic progress.
