Join us at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) as a Resourcing Coordinator.
This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring compliance with all recruitment policies, processes, document retention, and GDPR; supporting Business HR and hiring managers to deliver efficient, effective, recruitment and onboarding; whilst ensuring candidates have a positive experience. Provision of accurate and timely recruitment data; assisting with the management of the recruitment contract; and continuously identifying opportunities to improve all aspects of the recruitment process and candidate and hiring manager experience.

Role Overview
The Resourcing Coordinator will report directly to Workforce and Resourcing Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, contractor lists, and secondment records to ensure accurate data and compliance with MaPS policies.
- Act as the main point of contact between HR Business Partners and the recruitment provider, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to agreed processes, including IR35 and AWR compliance.
- Support hiring managers with recruitment and onboarding activities, including drafting offer letters and contracts, creating personnel files, and entering new starters into the HR system.
- Manage the recruitment inbox, escalating queries as needed, and oversee onboarding logistics such as IT setup and new starter/mover coordination.
- Monitor recruitment processes for policy compliance and contribute to continuous improvement by designing new forms and supporting process enhancements.
- Produce regular recruitment data and management information (MI) to support reporting and decision-making.
You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following criteria.
Essential:
- Experience of working to a high standard within a customer service administration function, with knowledge of delivering general office-based tasks and responsibilities.
- Experience of working in a process driven environment to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience of dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information in line with GDPR requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience of working with suppliers and ensuring contract requirements are adhered to.
Desirable:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft office packages, particularly Word and Excel and PowerBi
- Experience of working within a recruitment or HR environment, processing HR related documentation.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent

Flexible Working
At MaPS, we take pride in our flexible approach to work. As standard, we work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week. Hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and our headquarters in Bedford will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business needs, but personal and other relevant circumstances will also be considered. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
