⚕️ Your Role
You will support adults with diverse needs including physical disabilities, autism, cognitive impairments, and those requiring palliative care.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
Support with mobility and light physical activities
Assist with medication, nutrition, and hydration
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Follow Infection Prevention Control protocols and use PPE
Provide companionship and emotional support
Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Administer first aid (after training)
Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively
Use assistive technology and internal IT systems
Promote safeguarding and client well-being
What We’re Looking For
Experience in care is welcome but not essential, as we provide full training
A caring and compassionate nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and flexible
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Eligible to work in the UK
Good English and basic Math skills
Health & Social Care qualifications are a plus - but can be earned on the job
