Digital Inclusion Coach
This project is funded by the Welsh Government to deliver the Minimum Digital Living Standard (MDLS) Pilot, to support digital inclusion in the community through access to skills, coaching and devices. We are looking for a customer focussed person to be able to engage, motivate and facilitate individuals and communities to benefit from improved digital confidence and connection. You will work as part of MHA's iConnect Team to support participants to develop their digital skills and to support access to affordable Wifi and devices that enable continued learning and access to services.
This post is Fixed term until 31st March 2026
Base: Hybrid working - Office and Home
Hours: 37 per week
