You will use your existing industry experience to offer sound advice, handle quotes and policy adjustments and make sure every customer interaction feels effortless. You will also enjoy variety in your day — switching between calls, emails and in-person conversations — all while working with a team that shares your energy and drive for great service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional insurance advice and quotes for new and existing customers.
• Manage policy administration including new business, renewals, and adjustments.
• Deliver a friendly, efficient, and compliant service at all times.
• Support the wider team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes to enhance performance.
• Stay up to date with product and industry knowledge through ongoing learning.
